  1. for my opinion they shouldnt be allow the cameras because the cases are supposed to be confidential and i dont really think people would watch it because its the life of other people than they dont even know.

  2. I think there should be cameras allowed for the oral arguements in the supreme court, because we didnt elect the supreme court judges. They were picked by presidents we didnt even vote for since we had no say in their selection we should atleast see what choices they are making. : )

  3. In my opinion they should have cameras during the oral arguments of cases because they can keep track of everything that was said. Also it also keeps us informed on how these judges work and if there doing their job right, otherwise we would be clueless on whether there being injustice or not.

  4. In my Opinion i think that the court cases should be recorded because it allows people to observe the tension and frustration it takes to potentially change the constitution. One more thing is that all the other branches are recorded and pressured by the media, shouldn't the Supreme court receive equal pressure?

  5. i think that they should allow cameras to be in the courts because people can see what is happening in theses cases. It'd be intresting to see how a certain type of case is performed. we can see the the type of things that go on in there to see how people react to certain situations.

  6. I say they should because people want to know what goes on, and it would be funny to see how people react to there situation. And another reason is to see how the judges do or what they say about the case that is happening.

  7. I say they should let cameras in because we want to know what goes on, what kind of case is, and because we want to see how people react cause it would be fuuny. Also because we want to see what the judges do, or what they say about the case.

  8. My opinion is that cameras shoould be allowed for the fact that the cases that take can be viewed by the people and see what cases can affect them either in a negitive or positive way.

  9. in my opinion i think that they should not be cameras on the court because for the majority of the people will like to keep theyir sentens or they punishment to their self and other people donot nead to see what is hapening to them.

  10. No there shouldn't be cameras in the court because it's no one elses business what goes on in there. I think it's funny how everyone else is saying there should be cameras because they know for a fact if somethin were to happen an they had to go to court for it an it was something they would be so embarrased of and wouldn want anyone to know, i bet then they would want no cameras all in ther face about the situation. That's basically just being nosy. Im just speaking from my point of view, when i was in court i didn't want anyone else in there that didn't need to be.

  11. No there shouldnt be cameras because why should they have cameras showing someone that we dont is guilty of what they have committed.its no ones business to know but theirs. how would it feel if your out and about and someone goes up to you saying that they saw you on tv for sexual harassment?! Totally not cool.

  15. in my opinion i dont believe that there should be allowed cameras for oral arguments because people blow stuff out of proportion and start making a big deal. what goes on there is between whoever is arguin and they dont need everyone else to know. they should just keep it private.

  16. i think we should televise court cases, if we would the public would know how our system works and we would just be a more informed country,we would also see how fair or unfair our judges really are

  17. I believe they should allow the cameras in because I mean it would show the other things that goes on in the court room. It's also important to show it because we as a people should know what goes on with our system.

  18. i dont think that cameras should be allowed in the case room because that is just explorting there privacy and that is not neccessary to those people. I mean maybe if it was like a celebrity and stuff because they are used to cameras.
