  1. Id pick Canidate Diane P. Wood, mainly because she is a former judge of the united states Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago, she is already used to that position and i beleive the best one for my choice. Also because she is well known as standing against strong oppossing abortion.

  3. i would pick the 1st guy that was on there, he is also a former federal prosecutor now on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Judge Garland is well regarded by Democrats and influential Republican senators like Orrin G. Hatch of Utah. And he sounds like he can get business done.

  6. I would pick Elena because she looks like the type of lady that would be hard to try and get something by her. She looks nice and it seems like it would be hard to look her in the eye and lie. She also is kinda young and it would be a fresh mind for the court.

I would choose Leah Ward Sears because she has a reputation of persuassion, with winning narrow victiories on courts. And because it seems she has be doing lot of things since she was very young until now, with making her the first black american woman to serve as a chief justice

  14. Elena Kagan is my choice because she is a women and because I like that she is a Harvard. I think that she is smart to hire conservative professors to expand academic diversity and has supported assertions of executive power.

  16. My choice of a candidate would be Leah Ward Sears because she seems to me to be the most experience. Her history in schooling and her studies are the best on the page in my opinion. I know she will be great in the Supreme court if she were chosen.

  18. I think that Diane P. Wood should be the one to replace Justice Stevens because she is against abortion. I think that she is a very good candidate and it would be great to have two women in the supreme court giving a female opinion.

  19. I would pick Jennifer M. Granholm because she seems open minded. I also agree with her view towards abortion. She is also the youngest which i believe she will have more energy.

  23. Leah Ward Sears. i would pick her because she was the first black woman to serve as chief justice of a state high court and the youngest person ever appointed to Georgia's Supreme Court in 1992. So she has done two things other people probably never thought would happen. She deserves it, at least i think so.
